Refunds

We do not offer free trials, so this is the safety net instead: fourteen days to change your mind, and you do not have to explain yourself.

The policy

Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked.

Email hello@lifetimeapps.co from the address you bought with, say which app, and we will refund it. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

We would rather refund someone quickly than keep money from a person who is not getting anything for it. If a bug is what pushed you to ask and you tell us about it, that is a gift, but it is not a condition.

How it works

The refund is processed by Dodo Payments, who took the original payment, and goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is your bank’s decision, not ours — usually a few working days, occasionally up to ten.

When a purchase is refunded, the licence it paid for ends. The app goes back to the state it was in before you bought it.

What happens to your work

A refund never takes your data with it.

Your work stays exactly where it already is — on your device, or in your own account if you turned sync on — and every app exports everything it holds without checking your licence. Refunding does not wipe anything, and if you buy again later it is all still there.

Weekly rentals

A weekly rental can be refunded within fourteen days on the same terms. After that, a rental simply stops at the end of the week you have paid for — there is nothing to cancel and no notice to give, because there is no recurring commitment to escape.

If you have already paid five weeks and used them to unlock the half-price lifetime licence, refunding those weeks would remove what earned the discount, so we will talk it through with you rather than apply a rule.

The All Access bundle

Same fourteen days. Because it is a single licence covering the whole catalogue, it is refunded as one purchase rather than app by app.

This does not replace your legal rights

Depending on where you live you may have statutory rights that go further than this policy — a right to withdraw from a distance sale, or a right to a remedy if what you bought is not as described. Nothing here limits those. If your legal rights give you more than fourteen days, you get more than fourteen days.
